As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 24-72 hours either by text, email, or both.
Clients will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment starts.
Less than 48 hour/same day CANCELLATION or no-show will be charged for the full price of the service.
Less than 24 hour/same day RESCHEDULING will be charged a convenience fee of $75.
To ensure I can give you the best possible work we must maximize the time for our appointment. Therefore, anything more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
A credit card for all new clients or appointments over $150 will be required at the time of booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred.
This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect my time which books up quickly.
